About Your Therapist
Meet Crystal Riley, LCSW
I'm so glad that you're here. Maybe you're considering therapy for the first time or even wanting to prioritize yourself and make therapy a part of your routine again — either way, you're in the right place.
My Story
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I am a compassionate and experienced therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges and cultivate greater well-being. With a specialization in anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and self-esteem, I provide a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
My approach is holistic, collaborative, and tailored to each individual's unique needs. I take a client-centered and trauma-informed approach, drawing from evidence-based practices such as EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Strength-Based Therapy to help clients gain insight, develop coping strategies, and foster personal growth.
I believe that therapy is a journey of self-discovery and empowerment, and I am committed to supporting my clients every step of the way.
As a woman of color and LGBT+ ally, you have a safe space with me. Creating an inclusive, affirming environment isn't just something I do — it's who I am.
